【Special Arrangement During Summer Period】 Library Summer Opening Hours

 Starting 14 May (Thu) – 16 Aug 2026 (Sun), our library hours will change for the summer period:

Monday – Friday
9:00 am – 6:00 pm

Saturday
16 & 23 May: 1:00 pm – 6:00 pm
 30 May – 15 Aug: Closed

Sunday
Closed throughout

We’ll reopen with regular hours on 17 Aug 2026 (Mon).  Plan your study visits accordingly! 

【暑期特別安排】圖書館暑期開放時間 

由 2026年5月14日（星期四）至8月16日（星期日），圖書館將實施暑期開放時間安排：

星期一至星期五
 上午 9:00 – 下午 6:00

星期六
 5月16日及23日： 下午 1:00 – 下午 6:00
 5月30日 – 8月15日： 休館

星期日
 全日休館

圖書館將於 2026年8月17日 （星期一）恢復正常開放時間。請妥善安排您的到訪時間！

【Library Holiday Closure】Labour Day &【Special Arrangement During Exam Period】Extended Opening Hours

The Library will be closed for the Labour Day on 1 May.

The examinations will begin soon! The Library will extend its opening hours to 10 p.m. on weekdays during the exam period (from May 4 to May 12). It will remain closed on Sundays and public holidays.  Wishing you good luck with your exams!

【圖書館閉館通知】勞動節 及【考試期間特別安排】延長開放時間

圖書館將會在5月1日（勞動節）閉館。

考試即將開始，圖書館在考試平日期間（5月4日至5月12日）將延長開放時間至晚上10點。星期日及公眾假期則維持閉館。祝各位同學考試順利！

【閉館通知】清明節 及復活節假期☔

圖書館將會在4月3日至7日（清明節 及復活節）閉館。

如需歸還書籍，您可以把它們放進圖書館入閘機旁的還書箱中。

【Five Things to Know Before Summer Break】

1. Return all borrowed library materials before the break if you plan to travel.

2. Settle all your fines and fees with the library before the break, especially if you are going to graduate this year.

3. A new long-overdue policy will be implemented in July:

  • On the 21st day after the due date, your library account will be blocked.
  • On the 35th day after the due date, if the borrowed item remains unreturned, the item will be assumed lost by the borrower.  A non-refundable processing fee of $100 will be charged to your library account.  You will also be billed a replacement fee for the lost item.
