The Library is pleased to offer trial access to Warfare in China, 1839–1945: British Perspectives, a valuable primary source collection featuring rare historical documents from The National Archives, London.

Explore British perspectives on major conflicts in modern Chinese history, including the Opium Wars, Taiping Rebellion, Boxer Rebellion, Chinese Civil War, Shanghai Crisis, and Second Sino-Japanese War.

Highlights include:
