If it does not open, press \u201cRe-open\u201d.\u00a0<\/li><li>You will receive a \u201cLoan Receipt\u201d via email.\u00a0<\/li><li>Collect the item and close the door.\u00a0<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span id=\"Borrow_an_External_Reader_Card_for_Staff_and_Students_only\"><strong>Borrow an External Reader Card (for Staff and Students only)<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Press the \u201cLoan\u201d button.\u00a0<\/li><li>Press \u201cExternal Reader Card\u201d.\u00a0<\/li><li>Select the institution.\u00a0<\/li><li>Select one of the available cards for that institution.\u00a0<\/li><li>Press \u201cLoan\u201d.\u00a0<\/li><li>Tap your HKSYU card.\u00a0<\/li><li>The locker door will open.
