\u9032\u5165\u53ca\u4f7f\u7528\u5927\u5b78\u5716\u66f8\u9928\uff08\u4e0b\u7a31\u300c\u5716\u66f8\u9928\u300d\uff09\u7684\u5148\u6c7a\u689d\u4ef6\u662f\u9075\u5b88\u7531\u5716\u66f8\u9928\u7ba1\u7406\u53ca\u767c\u5c55\u59d4\u54e1\u6703\u5236\u5b9a\u6216\u6388\u6b0a\u5236\u5b9a\u7684\u5716\u66f8\u9928\u898f\u5247\uff08\u4e0b\u7a31\u300c\u898f\u5247\u300d\uff09\u3002\u6240\u6709\u5716\u66f8\u9928\u8077\u54e1\u5747\u7372\u8ce6\u4e88\u57f7\u884c\u898f\u5247\u7684\u6b0a\u529b\u3002\u4efb\u4f55\u88ab\u8a8d\u70ba\u9055\u53cd\u898f\u5247\u3001\u9a37\u64fe\u8b80\u8005\u6216\u7834\u58de\u5716\u66f8\u9928\uff08\u5305\u62ec\u5716\u66f8\u9928\u8f44\u4e0b\u5927\u5b78\u6a94\u6848\uff09\u8cc7\u6599\u6216\u7269\u54c1\u7684\u4eba\u58eb\uff0c\u5747\u53ef\u80fd\u88ab\u9010\u51fa\u5716\u66f8\u9928\uff0c\u4e26\u66ab\u505c\u6240\u6709\u4f7f\u7528\u5716\u66f8\u9928\u670d\u52d9\u7684\u6b0a\u5229\u3002\u6240\u6709\u5716\u66f8\u9928\u4f7f\u7528\u8005\u5728\u4f7f\u7528\u5716\u66f8\u9928\u670d\u52d9\u548c\u8a2d\u65bd\u6642\uff0c\u5df2\u9810\u8a2d\u70ba\u5df2\u4e86\u89e3\u76f8\u95dc\u898f\u5247\u3002\u5982\u4f7f\u7528\u8005\u9055\u53cd\u898f\u5247\uff0c\u60c5\u6cc1\u56b4\u91cd\u8005\uff0c\u500b\u6848\u6703\u8f49\u4ea4\u5927\u5b78\u76f8\u95dc\u7576\u5c40\u8655\u7406\u3002\u5982\u898f\u5247\u7684\u4e2d\u6587\u7248\u8207\u82f1\u6587\u7248\u6709\u4efb\u4f55\u5dee\u7570\u6216\u4e0d\u4e00\u81f4\uff0c\u4ee5\u4e2d\u6587\u7248\u70ba\u6e96\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Admission to and use of the University Library (the Library) is conditional upon the observance of the Library regulations (the regulations) made by or with the authority of the Library Management and Development Committee. All members of the Library staff are empowered to enforce the regulations. Anyone who is believed to have violated the regulations, disturbed readers or damaged Library (Including University Archives under the Library) materials or items may be denied entry to the Library and all privileges of using Library services may be suspended. All Library users are assumed to know the regulations before using the Library services and facilities. If users breach the regulations, serious cases may be referred to the relevant University Authority. In case of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the Chinese and English versions of the regulations, the Chinese version shall prevail.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

    \u9032\u5165\u5716\u66f8\u9928<\/p>\n

    1.1<\/td>\n\n

    \u6240\u6709\u4f7f\u7528\u8005\u9032\u5165\u5716\u66f8\u9928\u6642\uff0c\u5fc5\u9808\u51fa\u793a\u6709\u6548\u7684\u5927\u5b78\u5b78\u751f\u8b49\u6216\u8077\u54e1\u8b49\uff0c\u6216\u5176\u4ed6\u6709\u6548\u7684\u5716\u66f8\u9928\u8b49\u4ef6\u3002<\/p>\n

    All users must present valid University Identity Cards or any valid Library cards when entering the Library.<\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

    1.2<\/td>\n\n

    \u907a\u5931\u5927\u5b78\u5b78\u751f\u8b49\u6216\u8077\u54e1\u8b49\uff0c\u6216\u5176\u4ed6\u6709\u6548\u7684\u5716\u66f8\u9928\u8b49\u4ef6\uff0c\u5fc5\u9808\u7acb\u5373\u5206\u5225\u5411\u8a3b\u518a\u8655\u548c\u5716\u66f8\u9928\u5831\u5931\u3002<\/p>\n

    Loss of University Identity Cards or any valid Library cards must be reported to the Registry and the Library respectively without delay.<\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<\/li>\n

    \u5716\u66f8\u9928\u4f7f\u7528\u8005\u884c\u70ba<\/p>\n

    2.1<\/td>\n\n

    \u65bc\u5716\u66f8\u9928\u7bc4\u570d\u5167\u98f2\u98df\uff0c\u5fc5\u9700\u7b26\u5408\u5716\u66f8\u9928\u300a\u98f2\u98df\u5b88\u5247\u300b<\/a>\u6240\u8a02\u660e\u7684\u689d\u4ef6\u3002<\/p>\n

    Eating and drinking in the Library are guided by the conditions stipulated in the Library’s “Food and Drinks Regulations<\/a>“.<\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

    2.2<\/td>\n\n

    \u5716\u66f8\u9928\u5167\u56b4\u7981\u5438\u7159\u53ca\u4f7f\u7528\u66ff\u4ee3\u5438\u7159\u7522\u54c1\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u96fb\u5b50\u7159\u53ca\u7159\u6cb9\u8a2d\u5099\u3002<\/p>\n

    Smoking and the use of alternative smoking products, including e-cigarettes and vaping devices, are strictly prohibited within the library premises.<\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

    2.3<\/td>\n\n

    \u5716\u66f8\u9928\u5167\u53ea\u53ef\u9032\u884c\u5b78\u8853\u7528\u9014\u7684\u904a\u6232\u6216\u5716\u66f8\u9928\u6388\u6b0a\u7684\u904a\u6232\u3002<\/p>\n

    Only games for academic purpose or Library authorized games are allowed in the Library.<\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

    2.4<\/td>\n\n

    \u4e0d\u5f97\u5c07\u6fd5\u96e8\u5098\u6216\u96e8\u8863\u5e36\u5165\u5716\u66f8\u9928\u3002<\/p>\n

    No wet umbrellas or raincoats may be brought into the Library.<\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

    2.5<\/td>\n\n

    \u4e0d\u5f97\u5728\u5716\u66f8\u9928\u5167\u5c55\u793a\u6216\u5206\u767c\u901a\u544a\u3002<\/p>\n

    Notices must not be displayed or distributed in the Library.<\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

    2.6<\/td>\n\n

    \u9664\u6307\u5b9a\u5340\u57df\u5916\uff0c\u5728\u5716\u66f8\u9928\u5167\u5fc5\u9808\u4fdd\u6301\u5b89\u975c\u3002\u4efb\u4f55\u4f7f\u7528\u8005\u5c0d\u4ed6\u4eba\u9020\u6210\u6ecb\u64fe\uff0c\u4e26\u7121\u8996\u5927\u5b78\u5716\u66f8\u9928\u9928\u9577\u6216\u5176\u6307\u5b9a\u4ee3\u884c\u8005\u7684\u53e3\u982d\u8b66\u544a\u5c07\u6703\u53d7\u5230\u7d00\u5f8b\u8655\u5206\uff0c\u4e26\u53ef\u80fd\u88ab\u62d2\u9032\u5165\u5716\u66f8\u9928\u3002<\/p>\n

    Keep quiet in the Library except\u00a0in\u00a0designated areas. Any user causing disturbance to others and ignoring the verbal warning of the University Librarian or his\/her designated representative will be liable to disciplinary action and may be excluded from the Library.<\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

    2.7<\/td>\n\n

    \u9664\u6307\u5b9a\u5340\u57df\u5916\uff0c\u6d41\u52d5\u901a\u8a0a\u88dd\u7f6e\u5fc5\u9808\u4ee5\u975c\u97f3\u6a21\u5f0f\u904b\u4f5c\u3002\u53ef\u4ee5\u4f7f\u7528\u8033\u6a5f\uff0c\u4f46\u9808\u78ba\u4fdd\u97f3\u91cf\u5728\u6c92\u6709\u8072\u97ff\u5916\u6ea2\u6c34\u5e73\u3002<\/p>\n

    Mobile devices must be set to silent mode except in designated areas. The use of headphones is allowed but the volume should be turned down to avoid sound leakage.<\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

    2.8<\/td>\n\n

    \u4f7f\u7528\u8005\u4e0d\u5f97\u9738\u4f54\u5716\u66f8\u9928\u5ea7\u4f4d\u3002\u4efb\u4f55\u7121\u4eba\u770b\u7ba1\u7684\u500b\u4eba\u7269\u54c1\u6216\u5716\u66f8\u9928\u7269\u54c1\uff0c\u90fd\u53ef\u88ab\u8996\u70ba\u300c\u9738\u4f54\u5ea7\u4f4d\u300d\uff0c\u5176\u4ed6\u4eba\u58eb\u53ef\u4f7f\u7528\u8a72\u7b49\u5ea7\u4f4d\u3002\u5982\u6709\u722d\u8b70\uff0c\u5927\u5b78\u5716\u66f8\u9928\u9928\u9577\u6216\u5176\u6307\u5b9a\u4ee3\u884c\u8005\u6709\u7d55\u5c0d\u914c\u60c5\u6c7a\u5b9a\u6b0a\u5b89\u6392\u76f8\u95dc\u4f7f\u7528\u8005\u7684\u5ea7\u4f4d\u6216\u7814\u4fee\u4e4b\u8655\u3002\u5982\u767c\u73fe\u4efb\u4f55\u7121\u4eba\u770b\u7ba1\u7684\u7269\u54c1\uff0c\u9700\u5411\u670d\u52d9\u6ac3\u53f0\u7684\u5716\u66f8\u9928\u8077\u54e1\u5831\u544a\u3002<\/p>\n

    Users are not permitted to reserve seats in the Library. Any personal belongings or library items left unattended may be considered \u201cseat reservations,\u201d and any such seats may be taken up by other users. In case of dispute, the University Librarian or his\/her designated representative has absolute discretion to allocate seats or study places to users concerned. Any unattended belongings should be reported to library staff at Library Counter.<\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

    2.9<\/td>\n\n

    \u5716\u66f8\u9928\u8077\u54e1\u6216\u6703\u5728\u672a\u4e8b\u5148\u901a\u77e5\u7269\u4e3b\u7684\u60c5\u6cc1\u4e0b\uff0c\u5c07\u7121\u4eba\u770b\u7ba1\u7684\u7269\u54c1\u79fb\u8d70\u3002\u5716\u66f8\u9928\u5c07\u4e0d\u6703\u5c0d\u500b\u4eba\u8ca1\u7269\u7684\u4efb\u4f55\u907a\u5931\u6216\u640d\u58de\u8ca0\u8cac\u3002<\/p>\n

    Unattended belongings may be removed by Library staff without prior notice to the owner. The Library will not be responsible for any loss or damage of personal property.<\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

    2.10<\/td>\n\n

    \u4e0d\u5f97\u6bc0\u640d\u6216\u5857\u6c61\u5c6c\u65bc\u5716\u66f8\u9928\u7684\u8cc7\u6599\u6216\u7269\u54c1\u3002\u4f7f\u7528\u8005\u9700\u5c0d\u6240\u9020\u6210\u4efb\u4f55\u640d\u58de\u800c\u5f15\u8d77\u7684\u91cd\u7f6e\u8cbb\u7528\u4f5c\u5168\u984d\u8ce0\u511f\u3002<\/p>\n

    Library materials or\u00a0items which are the property of the Library must not be mutilated or defaced. The full replacement cost will be charged for any damage caused by users.<\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

    2.11<\/td>\n\n

    \u4f7f\u7528\u8005\u9700\u5408\u7406\u4f7f\u7528\u5716\u66f8\u9928\u50a2\u5177\u53ca\u8a2d\u65bd\uff0c\u5927\u5b78\u5716\u66f8\u9928\u9928\u9577\u6216\u5176\u6307\u5b9a\u4ee3\u884c\u8005\u6709\u6b0a\u963b\u6b62\u4efb\u4f55\u4e0d\u7576\u4f7f\u7528\u884c\u70ba\u3002\u56b4\u91cd\u9055\u898f\u6703\u88ab\u8f49\u4ecb\u672c\u6821\u7576\u5c40\u6216\u5b78\u751f\u7d00\u5f8b\u59d4\u54e1\u6703\u4ee5\u63a1\u53d6\u9032\u4e00\u6b65\u884c\u52d5\u3002<\/p>\n

    Users should\u00a0use the Library furniture and facilities in a proper manner.\u00a0The University Librarian or his\/her designated representative\u00a0has the right to prevent any improper use. Serious offenses will be referred to either the University Authority or the Student Disciplinary Committee for further action.<\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

    2.12<\/td>\n\n

    \u5728\u5716\u66f8\u9928\u5167\u62cd\u7167\u6216\u9304\u5f71\u5fc5\u9808\u4e8b\u5148\u7372\u5f97\u6279\u51c6\u3002<\/p>\n

    Prior permission must be sought for photo-taking or video shooting in the Library.<\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

    2.13<\/td>\n\n

    \u5982\u706b\u8b66\u9418\u97ff\u8d77\uff0c\u4f7f\u7528\u8005\u5fc5\u9808\u6309\u7167\u5927\u5b78\u8077\u54e1\u7684\u6307\u793a\u96e2\u958b\u5927\u6a13\u3002<\/p>\n

    In case of a fire alarm, users must follow the instructions of university staff to leave the building.<\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

    2.14<\/td>\n\n

    \u57fa\u65bc\u4fdd\u5b89\u7406\u7531\uff0c\u5716\u66f8\u9928\u5167\u6709\u9589\u8def\u96fb\u8996\u76e3\u5bdf\u3002<\/p>\n

    For the purpose of security, CCTV monitoring is in use in the Library.<\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

    2.15<\/td>\n\n

    \u4f7f\u7528\u5176\u4ed6\u5716\u66f8\u9928\u7c3d\u767c\u7684\u8b80\u8005\u8b49\u6642\uff0c\u9808\u9075\u5b88\u8a72\u767c\u8b49\u5716\u66f8\u9928\u7684\u898f\u5247\u3002\u4e0d\u7576\u4f7f\u7528\u8b80\u8005\u8b49\u53ef\u80fd\u6703\u5c0e\u81f4\u9032\u5165\u8a72\u5716\u66f8\u9928\u7684\u6b0a\u5229\u88ab\u53d6\u6d88\u3002\u56b4\u91cd\u9055\u898f\u6703\u88ab\u8f49\u4ecb\u672c\u6821\u7576\u5c40\u6216\u5b78\u751f\u7d00\u5f8b\u59d4\u54e1\u6703\u4ee5\u63a1\u53d6\u9032\u4e00\u6b65\u884c\u52d5\u3002<\/p>\n

    External reader card for admission to another library is governed by the regulations of that card-issuing library. Misuse of the card may lead to the cancellation of permission to access that university library.     3.1<\/td>\n\n

    \u501f\u7528\u8005\u9808\u5c0d\u907a\u5931\u3001\u6bc0\u640d\u3001\u7834\u58de\u3001\u7531\u66f8\u5beb\u6216\u5176\u4ed6\u6a19\u8a18\u5857\u6c61\u5716\u66f8\u9928\u8cc7\u6599\uff08\u5305\u62ec\u9928\u969b\u4e92\u501f\u8cc7\u6599\uff09\u6216\u7269\u54c1\u8ca0\u8cac\uff0c\u4e26\u8ce0\u511f\u91cd\u7f6e\u6216\u4fee\u5fa9\u8a72\u7b49\u8cc7\u6599\u6216\u7269\u54c1\u7684\u5168\u90e8\u8cbb\u7528\u3002<\/p>\n

    Borrowers shall be held responsible for any loss, mutilation, damage or defacement of library materials (including Interlibrary Loan\u00a0materials) or items by writing or other marks and shall be required to pay the full cost of replacing or repairing such materials\u00a0or items.<\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

    3.2<\/td>\n\n

    \u5716\u66f8\u9928\u9928\u9577\u53ef\u914c\u60c5\u9650\u5236\u501f\u7528\u7279\u5b9a\u985e\u5225\u7684\u5716\u66f8\u9928\u8cc7\u6599\u6216\u7269\u54c1\u3002<\/p>\n

    The Librarian may, at his discretion, restrict the borrowing of certain categories of library materials\u00a0or\u00a0items.<\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

    3.3<\/td>\n\n

    \u501f\u7528\u5716\u66f8\u9928\u8cc7\u6599\u6216\u7269\u54c1\u6642\uff0c\u4f7f\u7528\u8005\u5fc5\u9808\u51fa\u793a\u5927\u5b78\u5b78\u751f\u8b49\u6216\u8077\u54e1\u8b49\uff0c\u6216\u5176\u4ed6\u6709\u6548\u7684\u5716\u66f8\u9928\u8b49\u4ef6\u3002<\/p>\n

    Users must produce Student or Staff Identity Cards or any valid library card when borrowing library materials\u00a0or\u00a0items.<\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

    3.4<\/td>\n\n

    \u501f\u7528\u5716\u66f8\u9928\u8cc7\u6599\u6216\u7269\u54c1\uff0c\u501f\u7528\u8005\u5fc5\u9808\u8fa6\u7406\u6b63\u5f0f\u501f\u7528\u624b\u7e8c\u3002\u5982\u9055\u53cd\u672c\u689d\u898f\u5247\u8005\u70ba\u5b78\u751f\uff0c\u5716\u66f8\u9928\u5c07\u901a\u77e5\u5b78\u751f\u7d00\u5f8b\u59d4\u54e1\u6703\u63a1\u53d6\u5fc5\u8981\u884c\u52d5\u3002\u5982\u70ba\u6559\u8077\u54e1\uff0c\u5716\u66f8\u9928\u5c07\u901a\u5831\u6821\u65b9\u3002<\/p>\n

    Borrowers must follow the official borrowing procedures in order to borrow library materials or items.\u00a0The Library will submit a report to the Student Discipline Committee for necessary action in cases of student violations, or to the University in cases of staff violations.<\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

    3.5<\/td>\n\n

    \u6240\u6709\u5916\u501f\u7684\u8cc7\u6599\u6216\u7269\u54c1\uff0c\u61c9\u5728\u7562\u696d\u3001\u9000\u5b78\u6216\u96e2\u8077\u524d\u6b78\u9084\u3002<\/p>\n

    All loaned library materials or\u00a0items should be returned upon graduation, withdrawal or cessation of employment from the University.<\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

    3.6<\/td>\n\n

    \u6240\u6709\u5916\u501f\u8cc7\u6599\u6216\u7269\u54c1\u61c9\u4f9d\u6642\u6b78\u9084\u3002\u5982\u679c\u501f\u7528\u7684\u8cc7\u6599\u6216\u7269\u54c1\u6c92\u6709\u5728\u5230\u671f\u65e5\u524d\u6b78\u9084\uff0c\u5247\u88ab\u8996\u70ba\u903e\u671f\uff0c\u4e26\u5c07\u6839\u64da\u5716\u66f8\u9928\u7ba1\u7406\u53ca\u767c\u5c55\u59d4\u54e1\u6703\u7684\u898f\u5b9a\u6536\u53d6\u903e\u671f\u7f70\u6b3e\u3002\u8a73\u60c5\u53ef\u700f\u89bd\u5716\u66f8\u9928\u7db2\u9801\u3002\u5982\u6709\u53e6\u4e00\u4f7f\u7528\u8005\u63d0\u51fa\u9810\u7d04\u6642\uff0c\u539f\u501f\u7528\u8005\u6703\u88ab\u901a\u77e5\u501f\u7528\u671f\u5c07\u6703\u7e2e\u77ed\u3002<\/p>\n

    All loaned materials or items should be returned on time. If a loaned\u00a0material or\u00a0item is not returned by the due date, it is considered overdue and is subject to overdue fines as laid down by the Library Management and Development Committee. \u00a0Information can be found in the Library\u2019s webpage. \u00a0Moreover, the loan period will be shortened when another user makes a request and the borrower will be informed.<\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

    3.7<\/td>\n\n

    \u4f7f\u7528\u96fb\u5b50\u8cc7\u6e90\u53d7\u8a31\u53ef\u5354\u8b70\u898f\u9650\u3002\u6839\u64da\u5354\u8b70\uff0c\u53ea\u6709\u9999\u6e2f\u6a39\u4ec1\u5927\u5b78\u6210\u54e1\u65b9\u53ef\u4f7f\u7528\u9019\u4e9b\u8cc7\u6e90\u3002\u9019\u4e9b\u8cc7\u6e90\u53ea\u9650\u7528\u65bc\u6559\u80b2\u548c\u7814\u7a76\u7528\u9014\u3002\u4e0d\u6070\u7576\u4f7f\u7528\u884c\u70ba\u53ef\u80fd\u9055\u53cd\u8a31\u53ef\u5354\u8b70\u689d\u6b3e\u4e26\u5c0e\u81f4\u6574\u500b\u5927\u5b78\u7fa4\u9ad4\u7121\u6cd5\u4f7f\u7528\u8a72\u96fb\u5b50\u8cc7\u6e90\u3002\u5982\u9055\u53cd\u672c\u689d\u898f\u5247\u8005\u70ba\u5b78\u751f\uff0c\u5716\u66f8\u9928\u5c07\u901a\u77e5\u5b78\u751f\u7d00\u5f8b\u59d4\u54e1\u6703\u63a1\u53d6\u5fc5\u8981\u884c\u52d5\u3002\u5982\u70ba\u6559\u8077\u54e1\uff0c\u5716\u66f8\u9928\u5c07\u901a\u5831\u6821\u65b9\u3002\u8a73\u7d30\u53ef\u53c3\u95b1\u300a\u5408\u7406\u4f7f\u7528\u5716\u66f8\u9928\u96fb\u5b50\u8cc7\u6e90\u300b<\/a><\/p>\n

    Access to electronic resources is governed by license agreements. Under these agreements, access to the resources is restricted to members of Hong Kong Shue Yan University. The resources are for education and research purposes only. Inappropriate\u00a0use\u00a0may\u00a0violate\u00a0the license terms and\u00a0cause\u00a0the loss of access to that resource for the entire university community.
