You may have observed that we have recently installed the new Smart Locker in the G\/F. You can now collect reserved items (including ILL items) \u00a0and borrow four types of external reader cards without visiting the services counter.

Steps to Pick Up On-Hold \/ ILL Items at the Smart Locker:<\/strong>

Step 1 : Press the \u201cReserve\u201d Button
Step 2 : Tap your student \/ staff card
Step 3 : Select the reserved item and press \u201cPickup\u201d
Step4 : The locker door will open (If it does not open, please press \u201cRe-open.\u201d)
Step 5 : Collect the item & close the door<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Steps to Borrow an External Reader Card at the Smart Locker:<\/strong>

Step 1 : Press the \u201cLoan\u201d Button
Step 2 : \u201c Select External Reader Card\u201d > institution > available card and press \u201cLoan\u201d
Step 3 : Select the reserved item and press \u201cPickup\u201d
Step4 : The locker door will open (If it does not open, please press \u201cRe-open.\u201d)
Step 5 : Collect the item & close the door<\/p>\n\n\n\n

?You will receive a \u201cLoan Receipt\u201d\u00a0 email after completing the process.\u00a0

\u5927\u5bb6\u6709\u6c92\u6709\u7559\u610f\u5230\u5716\u66f8\u9928\u5728\u5730\u4e0b\u65b0\u589e\u4e86\u667a\u80fd\u5132\u7269\u6ac3\uff1f\u8b80\u8005\u7121\u9700\u5230\u670d\u52d9\u6ac3\u6aaf\uff0c\u4fbf\u53ef\u4ee5\u81ea\u884c\u9818\u53d6\u9810\u7d04\u66f8\u7c4d\uff08\u5305\u62ec\u9928\u969b\u4e92\u501f\u8cc7\u6599\uff09\u548c\u501f\u7528\u90e8\u5206\u5176\u4ed6\u5927\u5b78\u5716\u66f8\u9928\u7684\u8b80\u8005\u8b49\u3002
